High Mountain GABA Oolong

This Taiwanese high mountain grown AliShan GABA oolong tea is a treasure in the world of tea. GABA oolong undergoes a special fermentation process in which oxygen is replaced with nitrogen, resulting in its high GABA content in the finished tea leaf.

This technology was created in Japan in 1987 and was soon adopted by the Taiwanese tea culture, where currently some of the finest oolongs are produced for export.

A full fruity flavour with hints of ripened grapes and honey notes with a lingering a sweet after taste.
